FAQs

Q. So, what even is a Batched Content Shoot and why is it better?

A: Our batched shoots are designed for efficiency and variety. We’ve created a specific process that gets the most amount of content possible, that is also super versatile. Talent is paid for their time, right? You’re paying a creator the same amount whether they deliver 5 pieces of similar content in 4 hours as you are if you get 15 widely different assets. We plan out staggered schedules for talent, so they’re shooting alone and in different groupings, and we’re also putting them in different outfits, changing their hair and makeup, and moving them around the set. This builds shelf life for your content and ensures you get a bigger batch to work with.

Q: So are you saying this service model makes production more affordable?

A: We’re not saying this is the cheaper option––but you’re getting way more for the same price. The total cost of a shoot might be the same, but with our approach, you get up to 4x the content per shoot. It’s about maximizing value and making every dollar work harder.

Q: Ok, then how much content can we expect from a batch shoot?

A: On average, we produce 15-30 pieces of content per day. For more extensive shoots, like a 3-day production, we can deliver up to 100 pieces of content. Even on shorter half-day shoots, clients typically walk away with 20 high-quality pieces.

Q: How long does it take to receive content after a batch shoot?

A: For quick-turn needs, we can deliver videos as soon as the next day. Most of the time, we bundle deliverables within two weeks, so you get everything at once instead of piecemeal. For live event coverage, like red carpets or brand pop-ups, we’re editing and posting on site.

Q: What part of the production process does Rhodes handle?

A: Eve-ry-thing. From pre-concept ideation to final delivery (and even scheduling and posting), we can handle the entire process. Whether it’s scripting, legal approvals, or coordinating schedules, you can leave it all to us. Some clients prefer to come hang on set, but many don’t—it’s entirely up to you. We also provide bespoke solutions, including metrics reporting, to match your specific needs.

Q: What if I already have an in-house team. How would we work together?

A: It’s absolutely a both/and situation! Your in-house team can focus on timely, cultural conversations and trends that are happening in real-time, which is crucial for social relevance in today’s world. We can handle the maintenance—the content that can be planned ahead. We’re hitting those drumbeat brand moments; the core pillars and values that you’re always building on. And while we take on that high-volume of evergreen pieces, your team can stay agile for day-to-day relevance.

Q: We’re used to just contracting influencers and posting their content. Why would we want to shoot on set?
A: You can and should still have influencers create their own content at home. But combining that with on-set content provides more variety, and more importantly––it deepens the partnership you are trying to build with those creators. Featuring them in your own high-quality brand content transforms them from paid promoters to authentic brand ambassadors.

Q: I know I need content but I don’t know what. How much direction do you need from me?

We just need a broad understanding of your brand, channel-specific goals, values, and key products or services. From there, we’ll take the reins—pitching ideas for monthly posts, serialized content, creative ways to incorporate creators, and new stories to tell based on the latest social trends and platform features. You give us the big picture, and we’ll handle the details.
